A BEAUTIFUL PARADIGM

Hi there,
This is my latest work, I found it quite tough getting the look I wanted with this picture, but at last I feel I have achieved it

She started life as an A3 pencil sketch*, The concept I had in my mind turned out to be quite a challenge but I feel it was worth the struggle. I the added the color afterwards in Photoshop CS. I wanted to try and keep a slight raw sketch look to her but give as much life and Animation as I could; I went for warm colors to reflect the mood I wanted to portray. And kept the back round simple as not to distract from the main focus, I hope you like It.
Any and all comments are very welcome,

* OK here is where It gets a little Different I actually recorded my self drawing the entire drawing it took 2hours and 55mins to finish and as that�s Crazy long so I condensed it down to a Time shift Video. I could not record the Photoshop part as I don�t have that software at the moment. But you should enjoy my Drawing process. Sorry about the shine from the lead in parts of the video.
I used a B3 B1 HB pencil and a putty rubber.
I hope I have added to your enjoyment of this painting with the video and I hope I have added something different for the CGsociety...

This drawing took 3 hours by hand then I condensed it down to 9min for a timeshift video.

This is only a picture I took with a bad 3mega pix camera.
I will scan it in for a better image soon.

redone this image andfixed her eye,
Hi This Is a face I have been working on for a long time
This is the i think the final image, happy with her now at last.
I used many lighting styles in max to try to get the end effect.
I this is a redux i fixed probs with her eye ect, I hope you like,
I wanted to capture early moring summer light.,
i used SSS in mental ray. light projection and area shadows
a tweeks,skin face and eye maps where pianted in photoshop CS.
here is a wireframe, and the light map BMP. i used, projection.
its a good one feel free to use it in your own work.

Hi

This Is the my most recent render of a model that is a long running personal project of mine,

With my last render I had a lot of probs with the image mostly around a bad right eye, But thanks to may crits I have addressed these issues and updated that image., thanks for that guys.

For this one I wanted to take a much different approach,
A dark and sensual Image. (hence the nudity, I feel it adds a snece of purity and truth to the Image so please dont take it the wrong way) anyway.
I used light projection and area shadows/ Light maping and all the texture maps are large scale and painted in Photoshop CS.
the actual SSS and skin textures were taking a lot of time with the hair in the scene at that point I relised the Final Image Did not need A lot of Hair detail at all. ( because if the darkness and shadow) so I choped it. I left only a few bits plus what was already part of the painted body texture or was painted in photoshop afterwards, this saved a alot of render of time and got the same result, as you can prob point out I still have some little probs with the UVW, around the neck and some other spots.and model is not prefect but hey this is a personal project so there is a limit to the amout of time I can give it.

Hi,with this painting I am trying to show a the soft warm effect of refracted light on skin, as well as trying to capture the elegant and graceful structure that is the female body. hope you like it.
